I’m a strategist who uses design led approaches to help organisations create, operate and evolve the best digital services they can.

What is fascinating you at the moment?

We’re moving from designing for data and continuous service optimisation, to designing for AI and data led benefits being immediate and available to all users.

What else do you do?
